Primary Jaw Crusher are mainly used to produce material that can be transported by belt conveyors to the next crushing stages. The crushing process takes place between a fixed jaw and a moving jaw. The moving jaw dies are mounted on a pitman that has a reciprocating motion.

• Dynamically balanced cast iron wheel for continuous load.
• Over load release mechanism is provided to prevent damage of the shaft and bearing.

• Fully fabricated from graded steel plates by IBR qualified welders and SRESS relived by well modernized electric heat treatments, to ensure longer body life and minimum fatigue.

• Our jaw stock is fabricated with quality graded steel plates to give good strength and life to machine. The hinge pin and bearing housing are machined in CNC machine for consistence accuracy.
